Civil Unions and Marriages are "seperate but equal" which is unconstitutional. There is no "equal playing field " present.

I don't care enough either way. Marriage isn't a very equal proposition at all in my book gay or straight as far as what it achieves in our society.

Lord Urizen has some very good points here, and proves how irrational religious believes still rule some people's opinions instead of rational thoughts.

'I know being gay is wrong'? By the rules of the book where that came from, so is sex before marriage, birth-control and even having sex for pleasure. Do you zealots admit that you also uphold those 'rules'?
