At the World's End: our Take

Started by katelovespirate25 pages

oh, i dont know. some of it is a stretch, but for the most part, i can imagine the characters saying this stuff. You just have to imagine what emphasis and how they would be looking while saying it. Like how Jack tends to growl and really play with the words. hehehe.

So...

The black pearl sets sail, with the crew, the daddies, and Will... and at Will's suggestion they had back towards Isle Cruses, where people would be least likely to look for them now.

Once there, they send The Pearl back out with just a few crew members (including grant and bill) to gather as many pirates as they can to meet back at Isle Cruses, in order to plan out a counter-attack for when the EITC comes... which it will.

The rest of them, (liz, jack, will included) settle down to wait on the island. By nightfall they are more than a little bored.

Liz: Jack, how did you first come by this island?
Jack: The compass.
Liz: Looking for the heart?
Jack: No... it was years ago, back before...
Liz: Before you met Tia Dalma?
Jack: More like where I met Tia Dalma.
Liz: Ahhh...
Jack: If you look in the ruins you'll find something of mine.

As i mentioned, they were bored, so Liz frollicked off to check the ruins.
Meanwhile, Will wandered over to where Jack was drinking, er... sitting and enjoying the stars.
Will: I have to hand it to you, Jack. You've single handedly ruined all our lives.
Jack: Let us examine that statement, young mr turner. Who lead you on the adventure that won you the fair damsel in the first place? Who dropped you off at the one place you could be reunited with your father? Who died tragically in order to save you and your fair lady? Who tried to get you two back together when the going got rough?
Will: You did, Jack. And unfortunately, on the last one you failed.
Jack: I'm only one man, mate.
Will: In that case, it shouldn't be that hard to take you out.

With that, Will swings an oar and knocks Jack out cold. He drags him to their only longboat and paddles a mile offshore, where Beckett's ship is waiting.
Beckett: right on time, Mr. Turner. You will always remember this as the night you caught Captain Jack Sparrow.

Jack starts to come to, and finds himself bound hand and foot. He squints at Beckett.

Jack: Is this a dream?
Beckett: No, Mr. Sparrow, unfortunately not. You see, I have no rum for you.
Jack: I always knew I didn't like you.
Will: All I ask, Beckett, is that you keep Elizabeth and I safe.
Beckett: Don't worry, Mr. Turner. When we destroy the rest of the pirates, you will be reunited with your lady.
Jack: Will? So this party was your idea?
Will: I'm afraid so.
Jack: COngratulations, son. You've finally become a pirate.

These words, which once meant so much to Liz, obviously grate on Will. He turns around and swims back to shore.

MEANWHILE:
ELizabeth has been wandering around the Island and found the originaly chest with all the letters sitting outside the old church ruins. After reading a few, she sees something in the bottom. Reaching in, she finds a locket, and upon opening it, she sees it contains a small painting of Jack, in his younger days as son of the governor of SIngapore, which had clearly been put in the chest recently. No surprise, she puts the necklace on. She is about to leave when she hears something. SHe creeps cautiously towards the church and sees Davy Jones within, along with Tia Dalma on a mat on the ground. Davy is humming the music-box song.

She runs back to camp to tell the others, but is intercepted by Will.
Will: ELizabeth!
Liz: Will! Where's Jack? Theres something I have to tell him.
Will: He left.
Liz: WHat? WHat do you mean?
Will: He took the longboat. I tried to stop him but he wouldnt have it. He wanted me to tell you goodbye.
Liz: It can't be. (she looks and sees the longboat is clearly gone) He left? We're trapped... And we have to get off this island. Davy Jones is here... as well as HER...

OMG that is good MORE !!

ok, this might sound like im complaining(which im not, i love the story), but when is this gunna end? like, is it just gunna reach the end gradually or do any of the writers have a set ending already?
just wondering....

the story is still too short to end it. I love it, you can't stop it. I think we should write till the movie comes out!

lol that'll be a very LONG story.😊

Yeah. 😄 But it makes the time shorter to wait . because we still wait for a new creative and not till the movie comes.

hmm then i wonder if willofthewisp and katelovespirate can keep this going that long(and anyone else who has contributed). this is going to be interesting 😖hifty:

"Will: I have to hand it to you, Jack. You've single handedly ruined all our lives."

I can see/hear him saying that in the movie. Maybe it wasn't supposed to be funny, but it was funny to me. It's going to be called a Will-ism now.
Onto the story, picking up where Kate left off.

Will: Here on this island? (suddenly realizes Beckett may not be able to help him with that)
Liz: I saw them both. Isn't there a boat for us to take? We could follow Jack.
Will: Always with Jack even in times of trouble. (leads her to Beckett)
Beckett: How do you do, Ms. Swann. Our last parting was such sweet sorrow.
(Liz screams)
Will: It's all right. I brought him here.
Liz: You? You what? Will!
Will: We're going to be safe now, Elizabeth. Davy and Tia Dalma will never bother you again.
Liz: Where is Jack? You took him! How could you? (hysterically fights Will off) Where are the other pirates? Did you take them too?
Beckett: Just Jack Sparrow...for now.
(Liz charges at him but it's too late. Beckett is already leaving, with Jack in tow)
Will: You see, now we can go back to Port Royal, maybe even back to England. My father will live close by and you won't have to worry about anything, never have to suffer like you have this past year.
Liz: Mr. Gibbs! Bill!
Will: What are you doing? (reaches for her hand. She pulls away)
Liz: Mr. Sparrow! Help!

cry
if i was reading that in a book i would probably start crying. it's just something about those emotional moments....it's not even sad, it's just...emotional. poor will.

I'm moved by what you say, jessi 🐰 There is a cuddly bunny to cheer you up.

G. Sparrow: That sounds like Elizabeth.
Gibbs: If it's not one problem, it's another (wisely grabs a gun)
Bill: Elizabeth! Will!
(Will doesn't answer his father)
Will (whispers to Liz): They won't understand now, but they will soon. We'll keep out of sight for now.
Liz: Have you gone mad? You were never the kind of man who sold out his friends.
Will: Since when was Jack Sparrow ever my friend? What has he really done for me other than sell me to Davy Jones?
Liz: He's a good man! Mr. Gibbs! Over here!
Bill: I can hear her, but Will...
G. Sparrow: We'll find them, mate. Will! Jack!
Gibbs: Elizabeth!
Will (hiding from them): We'll let them look around for a few minutes and then we'll catch our own passage back to Port Royal. Don't you think it's time to start a new life? With Jack Sparrow gone, we can go back to our original plans.
Liz: Without my father, and with things the way they are?
Will: Elizabeth, you will forgive me for turning Jack in. You won't have to have any ties with the likes of him.
Liz: I have no ties with Port Royal now that my father is gone, Will! He may have been the only thing to call me away from the sea, but it's in me now, don't you see? I've been away too long, been living this life now and enjoying it. I'm a pirate, Will.

I LOVE THIS STORY!!!!!!!

Excellent!! I don't know how someone could be so creative.

^ diddo.....its so hard to think of stuff like that! ive been wanting to add a part vbut i just cant think of anything

I know what you mean. But my problem is, that I can't express it like I could do it in german because I had a very bad english teacher! 😕 She spoke more german than english.

O. Its just that every time i have something good someone else writes somehitng before me and then i cant think of anything to add on to what they wrote

I'm moved by what you say, jessi 🐰 There is a cuddly bunny to cheer you up.

that's just how good this story is. only one movie can make me cry: The Notebook-when the old lady is dancing with the old guy and then the alzheimers comes back and the lady starts to yell at him, and his face is just so sad...that's what i mean by emotional. that's how i imagine will's face was 🙁 but the bunny helped 😊
