for recap, Liz was speaking to Will and said "I'm a pirate..."
Will stares at Elizabeth, stunned for a moment, and then he weakens.
Liz: I'm not sorry.
Will: I am. I'm sorry I thought you loved me. I'm sorry I thought this would work. And I'm sorry that now, you don't have a choice...
At that, Will seizes Elizabeth by the neck and she falls limply into his arms, unconscious.
They are both promptly picked up by Beckett.
Beckett: Well, Mr. Turner. I've kept my agreement. You and the lady are safe, and the pirates are now in a perfect position to be emilinated. Though I do wonder that you would betray your own father.
Will: I kept my oath to him. The heart was stabbed, he was released from Jones' service. That didn't mean I had forgotten that he left me as a child, and my mother, in poverty, alone, with no one to protect us. He can fight for himself now, as I had to.
Beckett: Justice. A hazy concept... much like freedom.
Will looks at him strangely and then carries Elizabeth away. He finds his way to the captain's cabin and lays her on a bed. He sees something on her arm, and bends closer to examine it: it is the P pirate brand. He kisses it slowly, and then draws back to watch Elizabeth sleep. He moves the hair off her face and is filled with pain.
Will: Oh Elizabeth... pirate or lady, I love you...
A few hours later, Elizabeth wakes with a terrible headache. Disoriented, she sees Will sitting in a chair by her bed, asleep. Slowly she begins to remember, as she walks out onto the deck. Beckett is there, along with some of his cronies. She quickly ducks out of site down into the crew quarters. As she wanders down, she hears a familiar song...
"Yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me..."
Liz: Jack!
She rushes to wear he has been locked in the brig.
Jack: So you're here too lass?
Liz: It appears so. I don't know how. The last thing I remember was seeing Davy Jones and Tia Dalma on Isle Cruses...
Jack: That can't be good.
Liz: Jack, since we're such well known and infamous pirates, shouldnt we be able to avoid these sorts of catastrophies?
Jack: It's a problem of trust, darling. You and I, we still trust people. Like Will.
Liz: (laughing softly) Will isn't evil. He's just following in our footsteps.
Jack: If you can manage that bench there, you could probably lift the door off this prison so we could be on our way. The crew is in danger.
Liz smiles and succeeds in benching the door off Jack's cell. As they climb the stairs, Jack pulls her behind a doorway.
Jack: I can't help feeling we ought to pay young Will back for this. SInce he is so new at this pirating business, perhaps he doesnt realize the people it is NOT okay to betray. What say we bring him with us and try to educate him a bit better?
Liz: Jack, you aren't still trying to get Will and me married, are you?
Jack: Married? Not a chance, love.
Liz: You do remember you proposed to me once.
Jack: (jack's committment issues are obviously getting the better of him) Darlin, I was operating under a very powerful Davy-induced curse at that point in time... I can't be held responsible for anything I said or did.
Liz: (smirks) Very well Captain. Then I suppose it's safe for us to bring the whelp along.
I like it, Kate. Poor Will.
Liz, standing on the bench, attempts to lift the bars. She tries one more time and successfully does it without too much noise.
Jack: Time to go get the crew.
Liz: What about Beckett?
Jack: You took care of him at least once, didn't you? I'll free me crew, darling. You, just use your imagination.

Outside another brig - Jack is sneaking up on the guards guarding the brig in which all of Jack's crew is squashed inside - Jack's foot crunches loudly on an apple core on floor - he ducks quickly behind a barrel before the guards turn around and see him.
GUARD 1 - Oi! Who goes there?
Guards start walking towards Jack's hiding spot. Jack sees a mallet hanging off a board full of tools (yah for once a stroke of luck). Grabbing it he braces himself – guards are almost level with him now – jumping out from behind the barrel he blows both completely surprised guards across the head – both fall unconscious.
JACK: Sorry mates. It’s only for the better
Captains Quarters - Beckett's cabin
BECKETT: (sitting at his desk - reading papers, hears Elizabeth enter) (not looking up) Miss Swann, you are not armed nor accompanied. I’m surprised. You dare face me with no protection *smirks and steals a glance at her* hasn’t Jack Sparrow taught you anything?
Elizabeth draws a sword out from behind her – presses it to Beckett’s throat.

Cut to Jack's crew in the brig
JACK - Well, m'hearties. Another day where I can say, "This is the day that you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow!"
GRANT SPARROW: Aye'. Now stop ya gasbaging and out with us in this brig
Jack takes the ring with the brig's key on it from the guard's pocket - fits it easily into the keyhole and is about to turn it when - *CLICK* - camera shows Jack's face with a pistol pressed against his temple. CAMERA ANGLE SHOWS BARBOSSA.
BARBOSSA: Not so fast Jack (fades to black)

Jack turns to Barbossa with a slight grin.
Jack: You always turn up at a bad moment. Are you going to shoot me? And may I remind you I have an immortal Calypso looking out for me.
Barbossa: Unfortunately so do I. Step away from the brig, Jack.
Jack: Don't you remember what happened last time you tried to kill me?
Barbossa: With stunning clarity.
Suddenly Beckett enters with Elizabeth behind him, a knife at his throat. Barbossa begins chuckling.
Barbossa: Ms. Turner!
Liz: It's Ms. Swann, Captain.
Jack: He's no captain!
Beckett: I'm glad to see you are all aquainted. However, I suppose it's time I see you all safely off this ship.
Liz: Exactly. Jack, please release the prisoners.
Barbossa: Wait, now, wait. I still have some say in what's going on here.
With that, Barbossa wheels around and points the pistol at Elizabeth's head.
Beckett: Good move. Who's next?
Jack: (to barbossa) I wouldn't be doing that, mate, if I were you. Because, if you kill the girl I swear I will call down the curse of the seven seas on you.
Barbossa actually looks rather intimidated.
Barbossa: Only the king of the seven seas or his rightful heir can call down such a curse, and even then, it can only be invoked once every hundred years!
A slow, meaningful smile flits across Jack's face. Barbossa's eyes widen.
Beckett: Ah, the plot thickens yet again.
Liz looks at Jack wonderingly, as does the crew, at what he has just revealed. Grant Sparrow lowers his head and smiles that Jack has revealed their secret.
Liz: Jack?
Jack shrugs and smiles. However, there are still guns and knives in limbo. There is a moment of awkward tension.
Barbossa: By the powers Jack, I don't know if I believe you. Why didn't you curse me before?
Jack: As you said mate, the curse can only be invoked once every hundred years. The curse of the seven seas isn't something to take lightly... I was saving it for a special occassion.
Barbossa: And you'd waste it on this wench? (he indicates Elizabeth) She's a common whore, a lady, the kind of woman you've always despised.
Jack: No. She's a pirate.
Barbossa: I'm not throwing in the deck yet, Sparrow. I still have this card to play, and I will play it. And remember Captain, no calling down curses as long as the girl lives...
With that, Barbossa seizes Elizabeth. Jack lunges at Barbossa, while Beckett snatches the knife out of Elizabeth's hand and slashes her across her side with it. She doubles over as blood soaks through her shirt. Beckett bounds out of the room. Barbossa drops Elizabeth and follows him.
Jack tosses the keys to Gibbs, who releases the crew and chases after Barbossa and Beckett, while Jack rips off his shirt and begins wrapping ELizabeth's wound. She is already unconcious from blood loss.
Grant: Jack, she'll never make it.
Jack looks up slowly, as a plan comes to his mind.
Jack: Summon Tia Dalma. (Grant and the crew look at him in shock and horror) Summon her!!!!
A moment later she arrives, luckily recovered from her previous incident.
Tia Dalma: Jack Sparrow. You summoned me to your aid?
Jack: Yes... I need your help, and I'm prepared to pay you handsomely.
Tia Dalma: What is your need?
Jack: (Cradling Elizabeth, whose breathing has nearly stopped, in his arms) Let this girl live, and I will sell myself to you forever, to serve you for whatever you require.
Tia looks at him holding Elizabeth in the dim chamber, and at the crew.
Tia: I agree.
At that, she touches Elizabeth's wound, which instantly closes. She and Jack vanish in a flash of light...
