Anti Moniter never showed the ability to destroy more than an incomplete universe, so White Crown would be a good match.

Anti Monitor came close to wiping out every universe but his. I believe only about 5 survived and were melded into one.

Plus it took the Spectre to help stop him.

It doesn't matter. He was just under Eternity in power, so is Phoenix. So it's close.

Yes it does matter. I would say when he fought THE SPECTRE to a standstill at the end of time it showed he's higher up then eternity.

If The Spectre can't finish him off the Phoenix sure isnt doing the job.

Anti-Monitor at the height of his power would waste the Phoenix.

Anti Monitor at the height of his power was just below the universal aspect of Eternity. So is Phoenix. So it's really hard to say who'd win.

No he was stronger then eternity. Spectre could waste eternity. Spectre wasn't able to beat him.
