See but that's the thing. I say I'm not a racist but what your not seeing is, is that I explain why I'm not, as well. You don't want to see that. And why do that. Then you can't take your shots at me resulting in not maintaining your reputation as being apart of the flock. Understandable. It's human nature to want to belong.
So by that, by presenting to you the actual "why", I'm not a racist, should be justifiable enough because I can't give you more than that. I'm not going to stop talking about the issue, if that's what you mean.

Where's the relevance in-between my thinking that I haven't met anyone one here that's oppose to racism and me thinking that I'm superior to everyone?

I actually agree with the premise of FistoftheNorth.
I think it's a fair comparison to make......basing decisions on a racial factor, not on merit. Sure....all the old white guys who "scratch each other's backs" aren't being racist....it just so happens that they're all white. While not directly based on race.....it is a result of past and to an extent present social inequality which reserved these places of high society for whites.
while, "I'm going to help Jimmy out so he'll help me out in the future" isn't racist........racism is a contributing factor to these white individuals being in the position to help each other out in the first place. Afirmative Action is comparible. Any one who doubts this should read any statements from the NAACP........which will gladly tell you that Afirmative Action as a practice was started specificly as opposition to the old boys club to equal the playing field. Ironically, it hasn't. It has merely spawn two distinct unethical practices....specific to different social classes. What privlidges the old boys club have to offer to the well off.........affirmative action offers to the poor and middle class. It's liek the entire principle is based on all white folks being rich and all black folks being poor. What about the poor white people, how is affirmative action fair to them? They benefit from neither the old boys club nor the affirmative action that was started to oppose it.
If a person wants to make it in this world today they should be forced to do so on their own merits........no matter the color of their skin. If they reach a position high enough and are able to help others they see fit.....it's their decision, who they help, to make.

That's a pretty interesting catch you've built into your challenge. Which means that you can tell what a joke is, despite you wanting to grandstand about racism on these boards. And if you think there is rampant racism on these boards, then the moderators are allowing so many of these threads because they're racist too.
