This brings up an interesting question. If man is actually made in God's image...why are apes almost made in God's image?

I'd assume that "being made in God's image" has more to do with intelligence, the capacity for reason/logic/rationality, and how our bodies are the temples for the Holy Spirit and less to do with physical likeness.

It makes sense. He's saying that we're alike visibly to God in that we're human, but it also has to do with invisible features because God isn't hermaphroditic.
