I hope that's complete hyperbole, cos you need rest to heal and build up between workouts.
And quinoa is a seed, not a grain. Excuse me.
Actually, rest is the smallest, least important part of it. I don't weight lift, a large part of my meals are junk food, and I still look like that with 4-6 hours of sleep a night. How can this be, for most of my diet is nutritional, and I am highly active and fast.
Most of it is what you put into your body, the rest is necessary only because the body needs to be challenged with perpetual or even increasing daily workloads/levels of activity to actually shape an above-average muscle system.

Not with a comma between no and homo. Then you're calling me a homo, while refusing something.
Wrong. It is an internet meme that is telling the whole of the internet to not confuse the statement for something homosexual. It is directed towards the person that assumes something homosexual was meant by the phrase. The comma is there because that is proper punctuation of the slang "no homo". Quite literally, it means the person reading it is a "homo" for assuming the previous phrase was "homo."

If your interpretation of the meme is that it should be "No, homo" you are incorrect.

I never thought of it that way.
