I would say that in vertigo comics he has the second strongest will out of everyone and everything, the only one being ahead of him in terms of will Lucifer.

yeah i guess that may be true, michael is either 2nd or 3rd to lucifer.....the only one that may be ahead of michael besides lucifer in terms of will is spectre
