Batman. easily. hes only peak human, and is still up there with the best & relies solely on willpower (well gadgets too) to achieve what he has become. no soldier serum, no spider bites, no mutant X chromosomes or ne of that. nope. just sheer willpower and anger.

Thanos's Will is such, he actualy broke through the self imposed limitations C.C. Units endow themselves with before evolving into Cosmic Cubes.

God is usually portrayed poorly in comics. (Ex: Preacher, Spawn,ect..) so its not a big suprise
