It's not like it can be compared to: Power, Intelligence, Speed or so.

because its a thread that i wanted to make cuz i thought it would be interesting, and the will of a character is what makes them powerful, for example thanos whos will is often weakened by self doubt has lost to several characters that were inferior to him in power

What ever happens to Michael in the end of the series, I know Lucifer choses not to become like god in the end, but what happened to Michael?

it never definatevly says what became of michael, but i believe that he chose to stay in paradise with yahweh

But in Vertigo isn't yaweh and the creator the one and the same? how is it he stayed with yaweh yet the creator left all creation at the end?

Pretty much for a lot of characters (Hal, Thing, Cap) it gives them the ability to never give up, and to keep fighting no matter what
