And if Thanos replaced Eternity, what's stopping AM from just strolling up and snatching the gauntlet like Nebula did? srsly

10 points says "Because AM isn't standing RIGHT NEXT TO THANOS"

lol

So, I'm still waiting on these superior feats of the AM that were alluded to

Yet the only thing(s) we ever saw emit from AM's tech, were his Shadow Demons. Nothing else. There are several instances in which anti-matter is already devouring a given universe, but when a panel with AM's tech is shown, there is nothing coming from it (aside from his minions.) *shrug*

Yeah, but we never saw AM himself emit the original Antimatter Wave either. They may never actually showed where the wave came from, but the scan I posted definitely indicates it was the result of tech.

Regardless, more recent evidence shows us that even a FAR weaker AM is capable of easily creating an anti-matter wave completely on his own.

I don't in anyway doubt that Antimonitor could create a wave of Antimatter, Hell Green Lantern or Firestorm could probably do the same. But I DO doubt that AM had the power to create one that was large and powerful enough to destroy most of the DC multiverse with just his own power.

Think of it like this, Blackbolt was able to overload Doom w/power of a Watcher when he(Blackbolt) focused his scream though Reed Richards tech, but that in no way means that he could have accomplished the same feat if that tech hadn't been used.

He in a weakened state creates a antimatter wall that is going to devour new earth and all the other parralel earths with no tech yet you seriously think is his powered up state he can't devour one universe?

Scan of his creating a multiverse destroying Antimatter Wave without tech?

Scan of him ever using tech to accomplish his wave?scan contradicting him pulling a wave with no tech and being in a vastly diminshed state?

I already posted a scan indicating the Antimatter Wave destroying the Multiverse was the result of his machines and that if those machines were destroyed the heroes would achieve "ultimate victory" 😬 .

And then we see the AM who is an ant compared to his Crisis days create an antimatter wave without tech that is going to consume new earth and all the other earths, never once have we actually seen his machines produce his wave and we have a scan directly showing him doing it without tech so please give this shit up its getting retarded.

Again, scan? I'm not denying the scan's existence, I'm saying that I myself have never seen it despite having this debate several times now in various threads. If you want to post the scan I have no problem addressing it(and/or conceding the point if the scan warrants it) but at this point all the evidence produced has been from my corner.

What about Pariah's universe? AM had no tech there. And he still nuked the universe when Pariah woke him up. Page 3 of the AM respect thread.

Did it ever specifically say that Antimonitor used only his own power to create the Antimatter Wave that destroyed Pariah's universe? If not, it doesn't contradict the scan I posted.

Also didn't Pariah himself use tech that allowed AM to destroy his universe or did AM just take the thing out with a wave of his hand from his own universe with no help from Pariah?

Vlaad's talking about GL v4 issue 25, the finale of the Sinestro Corps War, where AM starts up his Anti-Matter wave and states that he'll destroy this Earth and then all the parallel Earths attached to it.

I'm missing that issue. Could you post or PM me the relevant info?

Thanos Ig for the win

I dont think sheer power even makes a difference here..i think the aspects the gems control make it a majority in thanos's favor..i.m.o

No problem, man...here's the scan that Vlaad's probably referring to. AM starting up the Wave (and then he fights the good guys & the Guardians later on).

Thanks Eny. I'm about to get the issue so I can properly address it but could you give me a brief summery of what happens next? Feel free not to cause I'm looking for the issue myself now, but I'm awful curious as how everyone walked away from an antimatter wave that was supposedly powerful enough to destroy a universe.

Nobody walked away everyone that was touched by it died,if I remember correctly he got intterupted by the guardians blasting his face.

they dropped warworld on the anti-monitor, and the field seemed to die out once he was ktfo...

i think, anyways... been a while since i read it...

I think the Guardians busted his armor up pretty good first. And the AM Wave was very, very slow. And a few people survived it, IIRC. Not many...2?
