Wasnt Nabu downgraded slightly when taking a humans form rather that being his full pure entity state?
Either way, i can concede that Spectre is more powerful than Nabu possibly. Your scans show Spectre more on the dominant side, yet in recent showings when Nabu was at full power, Spectre's victory was due to Nabu allowing it.
