I love the way things are going. Phil is OBVIOUSLY setting the Suns up for a huge upset. He wants them to go up 3-0, then we got them right where we want them, so full of themselves they wont even notice when we come back and win it in 7. Dude is a MASTERMIND!!!
ETA: I am going to make a prediction right now. Lakers are going to come back behind not Kobe but Andrew Bynum. If they don't at least take the lead again I will shave "Go Suns" on the back of my head and post pics of it.
I dont normally b*tch about the refs but how many times are the Suns gonna be rewarded for flopping? This is my biggest gripe with the NBA officiating at the moment, you reward hard defense not throwing yourself to the ground anytime there is the slightest contact.
Both Kobe and Lamar got called for terrible flops in the 2nd quarter while Amare barrelled over Kwame and the refs call a blocking foul to prevent him picking up his 3rd foul. If you're gonna call that type of shit then at least call it both ways.
Finally, WTF is up with our fans at Staples? They have to be the quietest fans in the league, they should be raising holy hell tonight but at times it sounds like a Hawks pre-season game. Good to see Jack talking shit to the officials though, he never disappoints.

NBA got very soft after 1998. They used to say AI carried the basketball (he was not; the one on Jordan certainly was not a carry) but OMG Nash and Wade do it so obviuosly (also Wade has that spin where he picks up his pivot foot...) and Shaq couldn't back down anyone after 2003 because refs reward flopping.
I remeber Shaq elbowing Mutumbo in the eye in the 2001 Finals and they called foul on Mutumobo. It's not real basketball anymore but o well
