Todays game against Detroit can't help your argument against Shaq as MVP. Without Shaq, the Heat lost its home game streak (best in 3 years I believe), and Wade scored 5 points off 1 for 6 shooting and fouled himself out in 21 minutes. Also, there was discussion about Wade's 3-point shooting earlier. For the record, Wade is only 11 for 38 on the season.
yeah thats the worst game he's ever played since being in the NBA but look who he was playing 😱 ....i mean c'mon....there's no shame in getting shut down but such a great defensive team 🙂...plus like i said Shaq is like jordan he can win the MVP every year but i still dont think he played with enough consistency to win it this year...in the 1st 3 months of the season he only averaged like 17 a game and wasnt playing shaq like or MVP material basketball........and you cant judge Wade off a game like this, there has been games this year where Bron Bron has only scored single digit points as well, your gonna have shit games...there's is no getting around that, its how you respond to it that matters
Vlade played.
Think that just about sums it up.

Like I said...he doesn't have the range yet
He's still a kid and he's come a damn long way from last year. Give him 2 years to solidify his jumper and THEN he'll be "dominant." Right now he's just good.

I'm just saying that its a bit coincidental that Shaq wasn't playing.
what i don't understand...
Miami has 2 awesome centers.
the Lakers can't get one.
Even with Shaq missing the game, I'd say Zo did a damn good job stepping in for him. What were his stats that game? I think he only had like 10 points, but he yanked like 14 boards and had 5 blocks. Missing Shaq is no excuse for how they played that game.
The only excuse I can come up with.....God hates me. Detroit does sub-par, i run my mouth, then they start showing up again. Damn you WuTa! Damn you!
I really think the Suns success in the playoffs will be decided on the officiating. If the officials call games like they did in the regular season with the rule changes, where you can barely check your man, then the Suns should undoubtedly be in the WCF. If the officials call games like they usually do during the playoffs, where a lot more physicality is permitted, then the Suns might have trouble just getting out of the first round.
I think the Spurs will be in, but I really can't decide between Miami and Detroit. That should be a great series, if they meet up.
Damn the Cavs are in a bad way right now. I watched them play the Wizards at the weekend and LeBron got no help from his teamates. Its not his game to be looking to shoot every time but you can see that he doesnt have the confidence in his team right now and you cant really blame him. I think the Nets and Sixers are looking good for the final spots.
Do you think LeBron will try and get out of Cleveland? They really need to work hard in the off season to surround him with some talent. Even if they do by some miracle make the playoffs LeBron cant have much left in the tank, i know he is young but the minutes that he has to play are too much for anybody. It says alot about his character that he is still playing as hard as he can every game when his teammates have abandoned him.
