i doubt he will try and get out of cleveland.....there just one or two players away from being a contendor, but they better make sure that they have heart....thats the main thing there missing

Sounds like a slim chance that Big Z will be back in Cleveland. That won't make LJ too happy. Also, don't forget there is a clause in Lebron's contract that would let him get more money if he played for NY. Anywhere he goes will be just 1 or 2 players from being a contendor. Hopefully Lebron stays and they can lure somebody like Redd.

Wednesday decides whether NJ or the Cavs go to the playoffs.

NJ at Boston

They are all tied up but NJ owns the tie-breaker (damn!), so Cavs have to win AND NJ has to lose for Cleveland to go to the playoffs... and get mutilated by the Heat.

I think the Nets are playing alot better than Team LeBron (sorry Myth i had to use you term because its true) but Team LeBron has an easier game against the Raptors. I think that LeBron (the individual) can pull his team through, the Nets on the other hand have a tough one against the Celtics but Carter and Kidd are big time players so both games should be fun to watch. I dont envy either team anyway if they get through to the playoffs and face the Heat.

No apology needed. I think more people need to acknowledge the Cavs as Team Lebron. Nobody should have to expect Lebron to carry a team ALL by himself everyday. MJ had a better team. Hell, Big Z is no Pippen and then lets not even go into the other role players on the Bulls. McInnis is suppose to be the #4 man and he has had so many 0-for games.

Yeah i agree, all the great teams either had a great one-two punch (Jordan & Pippin) or a great player with a good supporting cast (Hakeem and the Rockets). LeBron has none of these, imagine what he would do with someone like KG or Duncan on his team. Its a shame because he has a good attitude and plays hard every night much like Iverson but like you said he cant and shouldnt have to do it all on his own.

Well i'm rooting for NJ since i live in NJ, i've always liked them but not as much as the Sixers, becuase the Sixers are closer.

Did you guys hear Jefferson is trying to get back if the Nets make the playoffs? That could make them a pretty dangerous opponent, if not in the playoffs definitely next season.

I hate VC. Simply hate him for what he did to the Raptors (and fans). I went to a Raptors @ Portland game at the beginning of the season hoping to see something cool. He made 2 jump shots for 4 points. Not only did he let down the Raptors and Raptor fans, he let down fans of the game. SCREW YOU CARTER!

On a related note, NJ won so despite Team Lebron winning, Nets go to the playoffs. Lebron was 1 rebound short of a triple double......................... at half time. He finished with 27, 14 and 14. Amazing. Your a winner still to me Lebron, its just that your team sucks. Have no fear though, pretty soon, people will WANT to be on your team just like people flock to Shaq.

LeBron played a great game, his stats are amazing but at the end of the day his team let him down in the second half of the season. If his teamates had stepped up weeks ago then they wouldnt have had to put their fate in another teams hands.

Oh, but Vince Carter wanted to play for a winning team and he was sad because he was in Toronto. But, he told the media that he was playing his hardest while he was an Raptor this year and then found his basketball game the next game while on the Nets.

Carter is a bum. Im glad he got traded away and I could care less who the Raptors get with those 2 extra 1st round draft picks. What really gets me though, is the media in Toronto and the diehard VC fans. They go on and on that Raptors didnt get anything in return and that VC was the superstar and identity of the Raptors. They also say that he should of NOT been traded because he was the man.
Well, I got one thing to say. Identity shouldnt cost 14 million dollars a season for a guy who has no bloody heart and will backstab any team that starts to lose. Take your physical skills, no heart and broken knees and shove up your ass Vinsanity.

I called the Spurs at the beginning of the season, if you recall, and I'm sticking with them. TD is back. Big Dawg is coming along. Devin Brown's productivity can be replaced. Anyway, even if they don't win it all, they've got everyone locked down for at least 3 more years. Dynasty? Probably.

Im picking the Spurs (with a healthy Duncan). I said a few weeks back that they would meet the Pistons in the finals but Detroit doesnt seem to be able to lock teams down the way they did last year, maybe they'll be different in the playoffs. If the Pistons dont make it i think the Heat will be in the finals and lose to the Spurs. Man i cant wait for the playoffs, i hope they dont pussy around with the officiating like they did in the regular season. Let them play.

I thought a lot of people were overrating the Wolves at the start of the season, as I thought last season was their best shot. But I certainly didn't think they weren't going to make the playoffs.
