Grant Hill on Phoenix? I don't see him getting to play much because I can't imagine Hill running with the Suns. Maybe he can help the other players at practice and feel good about himself, but if he wants to contribute on the court for a contender he should have gone to the Spurs or Pistons.

I was thinking the same thing, plus he might have gotten more money as a Piston or Spur, although, after his contract with Orlando, thats obviously not a factor. But Detroit, and Spurs both run offensives that seemed would have benefitted Hill's style more, and been less stress on his ankles than Phoenix run and gun style.

Sung Ming Ming (the 7'9" Chinese guy) in Rush Hour 3 (the idea was based on a role reversal of the Bruce Lee/Jabbar fight):

Thing is Kareem could fight. I have no idea if this other chinese guy can.

Tucker can't either really. I just posted it because its the 7'9" guy that is expected to eventually enter the NBA. Not because the fight is good or anything. Heck, I will probably never see that movie unless it is on television.

i would have loved to have seen the pistons fans reception for the first home game for grant hill, had he returned and signed with them. its where he belongs in my opinion. he could have been a legend in the nba if it werent for injuries.

Wow! What a boring Finals.

The East needs to seriously get better next season.

Can anyone explain to me what the hell the GM for Seattle is thinking? They went from adding 1 or 2 key pieces in the draft to basically going into rebuilding mode. I don't get it.

And just like that on the flip side of things with one trade, and after a disappointing draft Boston seems to be back in the playoff hunt. Pierce finally has a legit # 2 man in Allen and if Jefferson has just as good a season as last year and they get solid pt. guard play the Celts will be a team to watch out for next season especially in the week East.

I also like what the Magic have done. They upgraded their # 3 spot which was obviously the weakest last season. Howard and Lewis should make for a nice tandem to watch. Their games compliment each other well.

And what the hell is NY thinking again by adding Randolph? Basically a duplicate of what they already had in Curry. Can Randolph and Curry coexist down low? Good news for them is it didn't really cost them much as they've been trying to move one of their guards anyway. Good thing to see Starbury is optimistic high or not but we'll have to wait and see how long that will last once they start on a losing streak.

With the exception of the trades the rest of the draft went pretty much as predicted. I also like how the Hawks and Bobcats improved themselves. Interesting to see how well they do next season.

Also Raptors overpaid for Kapono. A pure shooter and nothing more who is best coming off the bench.

LOL @ the SAS puppet. Cheezdoodles part II = hilarious.

Btw, who said Chinese people were short?

Edit: I forgot to add the Sonics also hired PJ Carlesimo as their head coach. Again WTF are they thinking? I would seriously hate to be a Sonics fan right now.

Long time no see! 😄

Will Seattle pay out over $200 millions dollars in three or four years?

Not sure. How long ago was this mentioned?

Next season will be very interesting.

Thats nothing. I saw in the interview on channel 4's news. Management must still make that team into a contender.

Its a good sign though.

Ok, so I nothing against Kevin Durant personally, but obviously as a Blazer fan I am hoping that Oden turns out better. With that said, I am enjoying watching Durant play like crap in his first summer league game.

So far he has 11 pts, but it is on 3 for 13 shooting and he has 1 rebound, 1 foul, and a turnover. 🙂

I think Oden has a better career, they will probly both have great careers though.

I got Durant being a superstar and perennial all star and I see Oden as a Dikembe Mutombo, great defensive player but far from leading a team to a title.

I see Oden as being a Alonzo Mourning clone expect a little better offensively.

Durant...who knows. He could go down as one of the 5 best ever. He's that talented.

Yikes. Oden had a much worse game than Durant. I'm fine with his statistics being lower as long as he leads us to victories that matter, but 10 fouls is excessive.

Billups resigned 😱
