People wonder why the Sixers can't sell out playoffs, and they are seeing why so far in game 6. Sixers are playing with zero energy and fire, and calling plays for Willie Green, the worst starting SG in the league, to get contested jumpshots instead of driving to the net where there is NO DWIGHT HOWARD. I will be utterly amazed if the Sixers comeback with the way they are playing.
Sixers are lucky people in Philly don't care about the Sixers, if this was the Phillies, Eagles, or Flyers it would be so much worse.
Orlando advances, 114-85. 🍺
Lewis played phenomenal. 29 points, 5 assists, 8 rebounds. The Sixers had absolutely no answer for him. Kept running the same play with the low mid range/inside shot left of the basket. It was either a jumper, layup or outside pass to the arc.
Alston had 21, Turk had 12 and Redick had 15.
The biggest player besides Lewis was Gortat, who had 11 points and 13 rebounds. He was solid. They didn't respect his game and he made them pay. Particularly Dalembert, who btw, threw an elbow on Turk, but it was Turk who was ejected because they were in each others faces and Turkoglu was the one visibly upset.
Wonder if It'll make any headlines...
A lot of stupid mistakes on the Magic's part and some funky calls that went both ways, but it was pretty obvious who pulled through despite it.
Orlando's was playing awesome defense and were even robbed some solid plays (as were they give a few). Great effort and execution.
The shots were falling too with a high percentage (at least 50%), including 12 three's.
I'm glad it's over. Series was a *****.
Watching Chicago/Boston now, in another overtime. 🙄

Dalembert's attempt at actually being good hurts my head. I still don't know how a scrub like he managed to frustrate Howard enough to get him suspended.
Dalembert was all over Dwight. Not many calls were made, but in the same stroke Dalembert played good D. That can frustrated any player no matter how good.
Dwight's still a young player, he's still learning and he's only human. His behavior, while inexcusable is understandable and it doesn't surprise me as much as it may others.
The Sixers, while I'm no fan, I tip my hat to them. Other than game six, they played well and with a lot of heart.
Although, I'd have prefered it if they'd just laid down. I have a heart condition you know. 😂

You don't understand, man. This wasn't suppose to go on this long in the first place. This isn't championship performance. Struggling like this in the 1st round?! Defending Champions? W/e, we'll take game 7. It's meant to be.
And what's "colloquy"?
