Uh ehm.

So yes where was I. So everyone in Caviler uniform not named Lebron James please kill yourself. I mean seriously what the hell? We choked up 16 points.

I don't even know where to start. First of all we were totally out coached in the second half. That was clever in the 1st half cause the magic couldn't figure out the match ups. But surprise surprise they figured it out. Then we couldn't defend then the 3s started landing.

I stand by the Ben Wallace thing especaially after tonight. For the whole two minutes he was in the game he managed to defend Dwight better than ANY of our 'bigs'.

Z was completely useless on D and Joe Smith wasn't bad. But come on the same alley-oop play three times.

Then Clevland started stalling with the ball, wasting time. They had beautiful ball movement in the first half. Where the hell did that go?

Lebron 49 points and he doesn't take the last shot

Why take the last shot? Delonte was wide open in the corner. Thats a shot an NBA player should make, especially a guard. He made the right play his teammates choked.

On an another note. Was it me or did ORL give us the business more thoroughly when Dwight was parked on the bench?

I mean I know he had 30 points but I seem to recall the rest of the magic struggling while he was on the floor. Even though Lebron wasn't driving he was making great passes and Dwight seemed to have no intrest in passing out of a double-team.

But anyway... F*CK!

!

You have a bit of a point the Magic were -1 with Howard in the game. Even bigger though the Cavs were -14 with Wallace in the game.

I wont vouche for his D anywhere else. I rember him giving up two easy threes. I wasn't satisfied with our D tonight at all. Lewis showed a killer instinct too.

I will slightly disagree.

It's true that a team with a superstar and not supporting class won't go anywhere but when it comes to the playoffs, it's usually who has better superstar who is playing up to his ability. Doesn't really matter if the other team has a better supporting class.

Would a team who has a better supporting class beat Jordon in the playoffs when he is on fire. No, they won't. There is a reason most of the championship basketball teams have that one superstar that will make the difference. If Orlando has a better team, thats great, but Cleveland has Lebron James and when he is on fire, I don't think any team could beat them.

I hear what you're saying and I think we both have a point.

Jordan had Pippen and Rodman too.

Of course you want to give the ball to a guy like Lebron or Kobe in the fourth, but the game has to be close enough for that one guy to make a difference. The better team usually wins even if the best player on the court belongs to the other team (I think the Hawks/Heat series was a good example of just that).

In this particular case, I think the Magic have enough skill/talent, esp. with Dwight, to supercede the phenom that is Lebron.

Now, how bout them Magic!?!

Ah man, I thought the way the refs were calling the shots and how Lebron was playing, that there was no way the Magic were gonna pull out a win. Glad to be wrong.

Lewis was so clutch, Pietrus came through again and Dwight was Black Magic.

I also liked the way in particular on how Van Gundy coached this game. He was collected and confident. Called timeouts when needed and ran the right plays. You can tell it rubbed off on the players going into the second half.

A big win and I'm all smiles. 💃

Yeah, as in most playoffs, its usually close, thus having the best player usually gets your team the win.

Lebron is one of the best players in the league. Game on the line, he should've taken the shot. Why they took a 3 point shot is beyond me

I think it's all circumstantial. A lot of factors play into those outcomes, such as match-ups or rather mismatches, as well as having other star players that can carry the load. But, yeah, having the best player can make all the difference in close games.

He should LOOK to take the shot, but if he is guarded well and has a guy wide open and takes it anyway hes gonna get attacked for being selfish.

I want to see a Orlando v Denver final

That would be far more exciting than seeing Lebron and Kobe take 100 shots per game.

i always remember hearing jordan talking about being clutch... and how he mentioned that hes missed far more shots than hes made at the end... but its the winners you remember. most notable i've ever seen was sean elliot over sheed.... heartbreaking.

also rooting for a denver orlando final, failing that melo v lebron.

Earlier that quarter he drove it on Dwight and even though it wasn't the best shot no one was open cause they didn't collapse on him. He manged to get the shot off and draw the foul.

The second the he drove to the lane and the D collapsed on him, at that point it became an extremely low percentage shot and Delonte was wide open in the corner.

We all like to see the best player take the last shot but that really isn't the best thing for the team. Great teams pass up good looks to get great looks and it was his passing in the first quarter that thad allowed Cleavland to pull ahead.

Its just like that New Jersey series when he passed to Donyell Marshall who was wide open at the three. Those are money shots for the 3-point specialists.

That is one of the thing I like about Lebron is that he isn't goign to jack up a heavily contested shot to prove he is the man. But like the last time I expect that criticism to be leveled at him and he is going to try to be more selfish next game, but he is much better when he is getting his teammates easy looks.

Hahaha oh man, lebron did a pretty good job, but damn

cant wait to play magics in the finals haermm

I've said it all along the better team will beat the team with the better player. The Cavs coach is OVERRATED.

LeBron is NOT ready to be crowned King yet. He has to have balls first. The difference between a good regular season player and a good play-off player is balls. Kobe, as a rookie, took 2 three-pointers against Utah in the play-offs and airballed them both. Balls of steel. LeBron lays in bed at night wishing he was like Kobe.

For **** sakes guys, it was the first playoff lost this season against a team that played them well during the regular season.

Give the guy a break.

hahahha, just teasing just teasing!

I'm glad the Magic won. I am not a Lebron fan by any means. I think he's a great player, but he's been hyped as one of the greatest players of all time since before he stepped onto an NBA court, and I absolutely hate it when a player is overhyped like that. What's worse is he's acting like he's starting to believe it. He just has such a smug look on his face every time he makes a big shot.

Here's hoping for a Nuggets-Magic finals.

I like Lebron
