The only thing Dwight Howard is going to do is cry and wine and watch in constant awe as Kobe and his teammates quite possibly sweep their arse up in Orlando... All the Lakers need is one game there, but I will not be surprised if the broom come out and the Lakers win in 4

The only person I've seen crying is Kobe to the refs for a foul when Hedo had possibly the cleanest block I've ever seen.

The Magic will not get swept. I don't know why you would think that, besides the fact that you are an overconfident Laker fan. Seriously, the Magic was a missed layup by Courtney Lee away from tieing the series 1-1, and plus we all know the Lakers aren't a consistant team that always brings 100% every game.

Plus, even if the Lakers win the series, when a healthy Jameer comes back next year the Magic will be ready dominate the Lakers' ass. 13

Whatever helps you sleep at night (on your "Laker hater" pillow) Zeke. 😛

If they can get past a healthy Celtics team that might be a possibility.

Also, pretty much every player cries to the refs at one point during the game.

Awwww, are you still upset about the 00-01 Finals? LOL!! 😆

Seriously though, the Lakers, more than likely, will not sweep the Magic. I hope any team that reaches the Finals has some shred of professionalism and heart, so I will stick to my 4-2 prediction. One thing we can't start doing is saying, "had this happened it'd be a different story.". Bottom line is, it didn't happen. Van Gundy designed a brilliant play, unfortunatly Orlando doesn't have the personnel to execute plays like that in a game situation consistantly. That in itself is what makes a champion, consistant execution. The Lakers have not brought it consistantly these play-offs, but have done so consistantly enough to be up 2-0 in the Finals against a team that is showing their lack of experience.

It's not a matter of arrogance, Dan, it's true. The Lakers are a better team. Last year the Celtics were a better team. Arrogance would be if I said something like, "the fact that you are an overconfident (insert your team here) fan", or "next year the Magic will be ready dominate the (insert team you dislike here)'s ass.", or something like that. I'm not arrogant, so I will refrain from doing that.

PEACE

1) Hey, the Sixers were the only team to even beat the Lakers that year in the playoffs, with Iverson and then a bunch of nobody's. 13

2) And I didn't say he was overconfident in the Lakers are the better team(because they are, doesn't mean they will win though), but in that they will sweep Magic. That is being overconfident, because the Lakers have shown nothing for him to think they will sweep. Could they? Of course. Will they? I doubt it.

3)"13" means I'm joking, but I do think the Magic will be a force next year with Jameer, and Dwight with an improved post game hopefully.

If they can get past a healthy Celtics team that might be a possibility.

I know about the crying, it's hard to find a player that doesn't cry to the Refs. I was just saying, that block was clean as hell. 😆

Now watch the Lakers go out and dominate and make me look like a fool. 😆 😆

Lakers getting whipped at the moment. I'm glad the Magic are showing life here.

102-99

Let's see what happens.

Kobe missed too many free throws and a key turnover 🙁

My poor heart.

Great production from the whole team.

Clutch shots from Pietrus (that jumper over farmar, whoo), big three's from Lewis, solid performance from Alston, Turk was makin' 'em and Dwight was solid at the line.

2-1

Lets go Magic!

2-1 yep

I hope it goes to 7, but obviously with the Lakers winning.

Sooner the better

The Lakers made a nice comeback. Just sad to see the best player miss a free throw and a turnover down the stretch

Missed free throws man, even with the terrible defense we played the missed free throws would have been enough.
What has Shannon Brown done to be ignored by Phil? All the kid does is play smart and hard and he gets rewarded with a DNP CD. The way Alston was abusing Fish i was hoping Brown could get some big minutes, his size would've really helped on that pick and roll. Another alternative is to put Kobe on Alston and have Fish (if he has to be out there) play Lee. Phil is good at making adjustments game to game but is too set in his ways to do it during the game.
Props to the Magic for sticking with what works, it'd be nice to see the Lakers do the same. We have to work out how to stop their pick and roll, it is collapsing the defense and leading to wide open threes. Having a guard that can fight over the initial screen (Brown) pretty much kills this play so i hope Fish is up to the task next game.
Obviously i want the Lakers to win the series but im glad the Magic won a game, if only so Dwight can say he did better than Shaq when he took the Magic to the finals. The shit that Shaq has been spewing about D12 lately is bush league and childish (seems to be Shaq's M.O.)
Just tighten up the defense, control the boards and for god sakes make your free throws and we got game 4.

I wish Shannon would've gotten in

Jordan played well

I wish the refs would call Howard for 3 seconds. He camps in the lane way too much

I agree KR....make free throws

Pau could've called a timeout

Too many missed free throws.

Alston straight-up WORKED Fisher. He made him his ***** last night.

The moment Rafer got hot, Jordan should've been in

Shannon didn't get a chance to play and that's a bad call from Phil

Tomorrow is Game 4

we'll get you back tomorrow 😉

leave walton out! bring shannon and farmar in more

Walton is always consistent, I'd rather them leave Fisher out.

D-Fish is shooting well, but it was obvious Skip to my Lou was beating him everytime. Time to bring in a defensive stopper

Luke is a great passer

fisher has been doing better at least, compared to the play off games
