He would learn all he can about Cyclops before hand and fight like he was trained to. By determining his opponents weakness and explioting them to his advantage. And in this case it would mean sneaking up from behind and taking Cyclops out without making a sound. Anything else is an unrealistic fight and meaningless
Nightwing is a ninja and would fight like one, your way takes that away.
In a REALISTIC fight Nightwing wins.
All NW has to do is wait and hit Cyclops once from behind. As i said they did it in X-factor.
