Found this little gem in the Supergirl respect thread. Starfire has a hole punched clear through her shoulder and out the other end and doesn't even flinch when Supergirl cauterizes the wound.

Good posts/pics -- Kory does get overlooked by alot of people, especially Marvelphiles...
However...
You should clarify (for those not familiar) that the scans above are from Pre-Crisis, and need to be taken contextually: back then (over 25 years ago), Kory, Diana, and Bruce were all roughly equal in terms of combat skill (the DC scaling system -- akin to Marvel's Class scale -- rated all three of them as a "10" for combat/weapon skill), but after CoIE, Diana's skills significantly surpassed Kory's and Bruce's (Both were still scaled by the writers as "10" -- meaning among the very best on Earth -- while WW was scaled as 12 in HtH (Legendary) and 13 for weapon combat (representing skill that acts more like a power, and less like a "skill", proper). Even in the revised DC Writer's Bible reference (2000), Diana was still scaled above Kory. Not trying to rain on a Respect Thread (I've always *loved* Kory), but one of the things around KMC that happens quite a bit are scans taken out of context and/or not properly prefaced. Just saying... (and, just to be fair, fangirl used to post WW scans/pics occasionally out of context, and/or with *highly* debatable interpretations...)

Starfire teams up with Nightwing and Flash to dispose of some grunts. She blows up the sonic cannon Flash and Dick can't seem to deal with and then begins to take the violence a bit too far for Flash's liking.

Impressive speed feat. Starfire reacts to an oncoming blast before Lightray could and saves his ass from being atomized while interrupting her plan to defeat the creepy alien slime thing. We also find out a little bit more about Starfire's enhanced vision. She has "emission vision" and made a note that she could not see any contrail coming from the enemy.
