Kory thinks Donna is dead and that Kole is to blame. Needless to say, she strangles the shit out of her. When Kole starts to react and turn Starfire's bones into crystal Kory blasts her face in.
New Teen Titans Volume 1
Starfire can actively absorb most types of energy if she's paying attention. A lot of the time she gets downed by surprise, but when she's ready she can tank lightning, solar blasts, etc. Here she absorbs lightning and, in a not quite related display, shows a basic immunity to ice based powersets.
Countdown to Adventure
In this story, Starfire spends most of it depowered. After having exhausted all of her solar reserves traveling light-years through space to get back to earth, she relies on hand to hand combat to deal with hoards of virally controlled humans that can only be cured through exposure to intense sunlight. After fighting Animal Man's son and the entirety of the city, Kory takes to the atmosphere to get direct exposure to sunlight in hopes of regaining her power. When she gets it we see her releasing omni-directional bursts of intense solar radiation that cleanses the city of all infection.
Countdown to Adventure
I knew this was on my computer somewhere. Starfire using a nerve strike to down an infected civillian. She did this a few times throughout the arc while depowered.

The Titans take on their future counterparts. While Kory and Cyborg are there they clean house quite easily. You'll notice Starfire effortlessly holding future Wonder Girl (Wonder Woman, rather) by the throat. In this alternate future Cassie becomes the champion of Ares and came to our regular timeline where she beat down Diana herself.
Crushes a gigantic animated skeleton of Trigon, summoned by Raven.
Teen Titans Vol. 3
Starfire, Cyborg, and Dick lead a massive army of Titans in battle against Dr. Light; although Kory and Cyborg were the only two really doing anything effective. Starfire downs him for good at the end.
Posessed by Jericho, Kory one-shots Ares amped Wonder Girl and man handles Beast Boy

This happened just before Starfire deceived Deathstroke into leading them to Brother Blood and Raven. Starfire decides that it is too dangerous for the Titans to go out and find Slade and challenges any one of them to make for an exit. Knowing very well that neither Superboy or Wonder Girl can win a fight against her, he does a bit of lying of his own.

Im trying to figure out how strong she is, its never been defined from any official source that I can find. Do you know? She beat donna and donna's is 100 tones under normal conditions.
As for speed someone posted a scan of flying light years through space. I didn't know she was a light speedster.
