I Love Love Love how i started a fainting trend!!! LMAO! but I guess there is no other way to react to the Beauty of this man (which by the way should be illegal...lol) OMG what is it about this MAN that literally has me wrapped around his fingers???!

I have a thought! Barbossa became much more of a respectable character in AWE...well til he stranded Jack again and took his ship! You know evil as the man is deep down Barbossa does have nice side!! After watching AWE again the Kracken lying dead on the beach scene really touches me...I love that scene because we see the more gentler side of Jack and Barbossa and when u think about it....Jack dislikes his ex first mate but he could never really HAte him just like he could never really hate the Kracken (or Lizzie for that matter but thats a whole other story...lol) In all honesty i think Jack respects the Kracken and Barbossa in some twisted way because they made Jack the legend he is today! Anwhoo just a random thought!

Exactly, I think Jack really does have some deep rooted respect for Lizzie, Barbossa and the Kraken - they are the only ones who don't take him at face value, they are the ones that challenge him and make him squirm a bit. They all know what makes him tick, they all know a little bit of the real Jack...

Also: I'm just watching AWE--got mine and PiDiva, you sweet old dumpling--you brought a dear thought in about Kracken, Jack and Barbossa--they be entwined and joined...that scene just stops me in my piratey thinking--it's so touching. The time of them is passing and they've seen enough of the world to know it be so.
