i think my favorite ever johnny role (besides captain jack obviously) was in Chocolat. I mean, his part was small but it was elegant, classy, gorgeous. i've never liked him as well as i did in that film. he and that lady were SOOOO lovely together. they would be my favorite pairing of the depp films.

Ooooooo... I'm a hands person. that is a very exciting picture of his hands. i dont particularly like his rings though. a bit much.
there is this one great shot in DMC, when he is escaping pelagostos island, and he's hanging off the pearl in the waves saying "alas my children..." you know that bit? He has his hand up in that shot and I'm always just staring at it. the things he does with his hands as Jack Sparrow--- they are like, another character. hahaha.
OMG...this is the cutest sexiest interview..Johnny is just so.....ah there are no words to explain it....Johnny is amazing....
He's just about as grown a man as he can be, and Burton as well, and they both giggle--it makes me smile, watching that little foot roll, posture defended against (turned away from) Al Roker and yet he reaches out to pat Mr. Roker's shoulder after he shakes hands. He defers to Tim Burton? or puts the burden of the interview on him? Does he seem shy in these interviews?
