And for my next attack I'll go for a kick with a tapped VG (Hopefully more reliable that they have been for me in the past, plus I'll be able to knock him back) and I'll tap CF for any attacks he does against me.

Cloud goes tap mad, with a super-kick! Cloud gets 8 dice on that. Four successes, which is good odds, for eight damage! And he is indeed thrown back!

As you close, he is spinning to his feet, his spear forming part of the spin. He socres four successes, but your Clever Fox move is too good for him, and you nimbly leap out of the way.

Card is 4H. Number at fights is now what the last completed round was.

You score four successes, for six damage, and then your quick HT riposte does another seven! Damn good rolling there. Ouch! Poor Heretic.

Well, he's going to try and stab you, with extreme prejudice. Without Clever Fox covering you, his pool is larger. He scores five successes, and he gets a bonus on that! After ten damage caused as his spear scrapes along your chest, he whips it around and smashes the boardisde back into you, sending you flying back!

That's his cue. He taps Swooping Eagle, and launches himself up into the air, planning to crash down upon you.

Well, could be worse considering what SE does. he scores six successes, for another 11 damage. Owwww!

Vicious round, that!

Ooooohhh, now it's getting interesting. I'll tap JE, then take out HL for PM at the next available moment. HL's basic of giving me +4 attack only works with bare fists right? So it won't give me more die for sword rolls?

Hmmm.

I'm being cautious on how much I tap IB because if I out that, then it'll take me two turns to get in the other powers I need, so yeah. But I seem to be doing well enough on successes where it really doesn't matter that much.

Okay, tapping IB as San attacks Melis with three fast slashes.

Okay, then I'll start off by attacking Falcon regularly.

Melis will bring out her staff, performing a flourish before cracking the right end at San's temple with a feinted jab that she brings across.

(SS for +1 damage, LB for the +2 pool)

(I was slightly confused by the roll for our fight...Hawk leapt away, does that mean he evaded my attack?)

Heph frowns, then leaps forwards again, lashing out with another series of jumping kicks.

(Passive Wings, Swooping Eagle, Hands of Light, Venerable Grasshopper, and Clever Fox...)

Then Melis. BTW, I am counting you as having spear damage. What is down as staff damage is really for improvisation.

Five successes, ten damage... and a bonus! That throws San...

Heph, in the situation, this particular scenario, yes, you must match his manoeuvres. It favours the gunner. However, you can accept a pool penalty to your acrobatics roll try and melee attack him in mid-air. Tapping AL will make that automatic for one manoeuvre, but you don't get that back. But you have lost nothing; it is still your first turn. I did an initiative check and Hawk won.

Dale is away for a bit; I need Falcon's move.

Not once did Firewall stop the momentum of his offensive circle, wheeling around again set low to the ground before brining his fist up to bear with an almighty amount of force into the final guard's chin that had the power to snap his neck if it collided...

Tapping Dim-Mak for this, I want to see just how much damage I can Cause! 😛

Ok, gun boys open fire! Though Falcon is doing a very impressive leap-and-fire... But he didn;t specify which guns, so I am using the HKs.

The Bullet Time leap works perfectly! Balder rolls no sixes and his shotgun blast goes nowhere.

Three successes for Falcon, though, causing seven damage as both his guns blaze away!
