First wolverine far out classes Thing's reflexes and agility. Not to mention Combat speed.
Wolverine out classes Thing in Fighting skills and Wolverine can take more punches from Thing then Thing can take stabb's.

Thing hold's really no advantage besides strength while Logan hold's every other advantage.
