yes, but I think it make it all the more dramatic if he showed up.
They also have pritty much made it clear he an out law. They even sent Balde after him. He a wanted man and it would make senses for him to show up. I feel it be a litt,le out of character for him not too

I agree that it'd be out of character not to show, but I just don't think he will.. again wolverine isn't a major player overall in this story.. spiderman takes presedence over him in this case..
true though they could easily have him show up with the x-men as like a tide turner or even with out it in order to save some one life or some thing.
