Are you worthy?

Just wondering, who in all comicdom is worthy to lift Thor's hammer?

I know there's been Beta Ray Bill and Cap. Then perhaps Hulk through pure brute strength. But who else could or should be worthy?

Balder the brave
Black Panther
Superman
Hercules
Silver Surfer

Just to name a few canidates. If not these, then what qualifies as worthyness?
Who else should be added?

Everyone above Odin in power

Okay this is not a question of power (I added the Hulk just because) but a question of character. I don't think Thanos would have a chance whereas Mephistoe was able to toy with it.

I'm not sure of the other Ultras. Taro may have too much hatred in him, don't know enough about Astra, Ultraman Jonias is too one sided for the better of good and not lives, never saw USA, never saw Great, Powered was just...there, Dyna was way too whiny, Agul had WAY too much hatred and violence in him, don't know enough about Cosmos, and never saw Justice.

Oh, and Doom's lift the hammer before.

Spiderman should be able to lift it as well.
