2%? I really, really have to disagree. When bodybuilders enter a competition, their bodyfat is somewhere around 7-8%. Your internal organs have fat around them, that makes most of that 7-8%...

Naw. For the summer I dropped to 3% (cause Ryan Reynolds did the same thing for Blade: Trinity). Pretty ripped.

do you collect pictures of halk naked man??? alright now you are really gay

imo wolvertooth is about 15 but he is ****ing strong
wolvertooth said this: i weigth 65 kg and the weigth of my kick is 530 kg, because a kick of a martial artist is always much much stronger, and all that into a weak point in the head should take him down, wolverine

In this case he could kick off a cow in the air...Well, well isn't wolvertooth a little liar ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„ Man and how fast can you kick?? Coz if there is a weight there is a speed to it too...Aren't you the new world champion??

Still being rude... it's not even worth a comment to now... I already agreed to drop so, you're on your own.

Really? Does the method that you use to calculate that include the fat around the internal organs? Because if it does, I really am confused...

Edit: Tha C-master, I like the suit of yours.

now you are just laughing about real things... thats just shows your stupidity because an adult champion got a hit in the 700-900 kg range

next time you get hit by adult that all he does is training to get his hits stronger.... tell me how it was

I was doing martials arts for 10 years. I was doing Wado-Ryu which is similiar to Tae-Kwon-Do. I had first brown belt when I had to finish it. So any questions?? Just please tell. How fast can you kick, coz when they do the test, you get a weight of your kick and a speed for it too. Please let me know.

I see you are from Texas. Are you Walker The Texas Ranger coz you are somewhere in his class...

If Mike Tyson's a boxer then my Grandma can do that, too. Heck, he's the crappiest champion ever...

Edit: And there isn't a man on Earth who is close to Walker the Texas Ranger! He could kick a tank from here to the Moon! And Rewmac, how much weight did you kick?

Well that's the initial danger of having an incredibly low bodyfat... it makes you get sick alot easier and your organs work harder...

Why thanks. ๐Ÿ˜„

yeah i know i used to kick guys like The Rock for a few miles just for fun

If mike would punch one ton that would mean he could kill a man with one punch. And he didn't kill anybody on the matches. A punch of that weight to the head would break 70% precent of the skulls bone structer and kill the man right there.

The Rock? PFft, what about Big Show?

Force=pressure per square inch, you would reduce the amount of area and thus have greater force, it's the same technique implemented in breaking boards and stuff.

Thats why its not exactly healthy. From my no carbs, heavy on protein diet my body had to use up its stored fat to burn to produce energy. I was never fat to begin with so once the fat around your mid-section is gone usually the only place left is inside.

I don't no the specifics of the test itself (in how it measures internal and external fat etc). I just went to my gym, sat in this contraption got weighed and all that and bam they gave me a percentage
