boxers use gloves and 70% of there strength belive me i know .... you dont know a sh*t about boxing world but i do i am a kickboxer and i know everything goes there while you sit your ass and watch dragon ball z so shhhhhishhh

Force=pressure per square inch, you would reduce the amount of area and thus have greater force, it's the same technique implemented in breaking boards and stuff.

Thats why its not exactly healthy. From my no carbs, heavy on protein diet my body had to use up its stored fat to burn to produce energy. I was never fat to begin with so once the fat around your mid-section is gone usually the only place left is inside.I don't no the specifics of the test itself (in how it measures internal and external fat etc). I just went to my gym, sat in this contraption got weighed and all that and bam they gave me a percentage

To interject the formula is
Pressure= Force/Area
If the area is reduced and gets smaller, even if the force remains the same the pressure goeses up.
PS. Take it easy Rewmac. You too Wolvertooth, no more lashing out our everyone'll swarm you

Wolvertooth you know nothing about how strong a bone structer is, what are the limits of the human body, and you don't even know anatomy to it...So shut up with the crap. Go to school first man.
thats funny i bring facts that are true in the world of martial arts, and some kid that watches dragon ball z is going to teach me??? alright talk to yourself

Originally posted by RewmacWell it's the proficiency of the attack, a boxer can hit maybe... 600 lbs per square inch, and a martial artist (I mean exceptional of course) can hit with 2200 per square inch by lowering the area, the more the area of the punch (like a big boxer's glove) the more blunt it is and the less penetrating it is, the less area the more piercing it is overall.
That comes with speed too. Tell me if Tyson has 1 ton punch why are his opponents alive. I know anatomy to it and I also know what a human body can stand.

Originally posted by marvelprinceThat's right I got it backwards; that's why you can't say a 1 ton punch, you have to specify the area of pressure. Thanks for correcting that for me.
