Okay, then I must be tripping a lot. Anyways, 2% is very, very little, but I guess it's not that dangerous if you don't keep it that low for extended periods of time. Do you guys actually train bodybuilding, do that for some other hobby or what?
It's more of a discipline thing for myself...

few meters away 🙁

Who here gots a 6pac or 8pac..i got 1 big one haha

I have 10, two below the belt... 😖hifty:

my biceps 45 cm 😄

I just do it for me. I know it sounds stupid but I always wanted a body like Spider-Man/Nightwing. So last year for the summer I worked at health food store with a gym right upstairs and figured I'd make it happen. The manager encouraged me to enter a body-building competetion but I backed out.

And 2% is little, I've been pretty low but I don't like to put too much stress on the body so I don't maintain it for longer than a week. 7-8% is where I usually lie though right now since school started up again plus I'm working I haven't been to gym for a while

I did a bodybuilding one, but I didn't win the thing of course, you have to be big; I was the most toned/symmetrical though, which is what I aimed for. That and surprising all of the non-believers.

Are you a big guy marvelprince?

I understand doing it for discipline/fun. I don't have any motivation to do it, but I have a small daily program of some basic moves. That program isn't making me a body builder, but it helps me to get up in the mornings and keeps me in shape onw when I don't do any of my martial arts anymore...

I would have serious difficulties in becoming a bodybuilder. I hardly gain mass at all, not muscular mass or fat. My metabolism is weird, doesn't allow me to gain weight.

Who wouldn't? They have a grea tbody after all...

No. I'm about 6 ft and 160 lbs currently. I don't a pic of me at my "prime" at the moment but this is me

let's rename this thread to bodybuilders thread😄

I've had a sixpack for years, but that's about it. I keep myself in shape with the daily program, swimming and floorball (sometimes other ballgames too with friends), but those don't help me to grow big. Well, I've never wanted to be really muscular, I just want to be in shape. Luckily we're all entitled to have opinions...
