I guess the thing that everyone is trying to make you understand is that when John Byrne took over he decided that it was time for comics to get a little more realistic(a term i use loosely) he didnt want to do the same ol bullshit where superman was doing fabled shit like juggling planets, time traveling under his own power, sneezing away galaxies, and dragging around planets on a giant chain..cuz back then there was no limit to what writers allowed superman to do, so he was the young upstart that thought all that shit was lame, so he took the time to revise Superman's origin and made him less powerful. since then DC editors took it upon themsleves to refer to that as the pre-crsis era. and instead of saying that "oh some guy named John Byrnesthought superman was too powerful" they just consoliadated that it was a result of COIE and all te universes collapsed into one..geez i dont know why i have to go over this in such disgusting detail, when the evidence is quite clear..oh BTW here's the planet dragging of E-1 superboy...this is what SBP would have been doing if he got the chance

I think the character Superboy is more powerful than any herald. He's more powerful than 3 or 4 of them. That is why they barely pull it off. Galan is not one to make spite threads, obviouls him and more than I think that SBP would be a good challenge to the Heralds. I still give the majority.
