Political correctness is out of control here.
A 'blackboard' is now a 'chalkboard' so as not to offend black people.
'Baa Baa Black Sheep' is now 'Baa Baa Rainbow Sheep', again, so as not to offend black people.
'Good boy', or 'good girl' can no longer to used by schoolteachers. Instead 'good child' must be used, so as not to offend children of the opposite sex.
People can just piss off. It's only the do-gooders who complain, and the laws are changed for them!

Wouldn't this offend gays? They could change it to "Baa Baa Stupid Sheep,"...no - it might offend the mentally challenged. What about "Baa Baa Dead Sheep?" That way no one on Earth can challenge it.

I think it’s harmful in many ways. One reason is that the people that do use hate words it gives them more power and people are now more shocked by its use, which is why many use them to give power over others. If they can make you upset or pissed off by using them then they do have a degree of control over you and your emotions.
It also makes some people more “thin skinned” because they don’t know how to deal with insults or that people dislike them, some of this comes form low self-esteem but not all. The best way to deal with any bully is to ignore them and give them no response, they are only doing this to get a reaction out of the person and if you take away the reaction then you take away their power.

Has anyone realised that we pay these people to think up these shitty ideas!

One of the problems that I see is that US government doesn’t fear the people and that people fear the government. This is not the way it should be, they work for us and through our lack of involvement it has gotten this way, after all they work for us.
