DS and the newgods have always used boomtubes even during PC, DS has never been shown in true form, but the other newgods have, and galaxies were like marbles to them. Their very presence in their true form would destroy creation and existence, which is why they depower themselves into the forms you usualy see them in.

Superman saw their true forms when he went to their realm of existence via boom tube. [/B]

Nvr do you have the issue numbers of when the newgods were explained? And when supes went to their realm via boom tube?

Is their a site I could just download the comics from? I don't have a scanner, I wouldn't need to depend on others for scans this way.

By the way I am sorry for accusing you and others for not reading them, but it becomes frustrating when I say what has happened on panel in comics and you take it as speculation.

This is true, DS has done these things. And yes The new Gods are giants in thier true forms. They do depower when using the tubes. They did show superman how the universe really looks to them. The worlds looked like little specs when superman saw it. But no one knows how powerful this giant version of DS is. It is shown that when DS and highfather fought, they destroyed galaxies and rumbled other dimensions. But DS is very tricky to argue about. Back to the thread at hand. Thanos Beats majestic 6.5/10.

Mario - New Gods are about 300 feet tall, on an absolute reference scale. When they Boom Tube to another plane, the Mother Box/Mega-Rod reconfigures their body to an appropriate size. Similarily, when a Terran BT's to New Genesis, they are reconfigured as well.
But if you use a *different* form of teleportation, that reconfiguration doesn't take place. So humans end up ants. This was most recently seen in a Supergirl arc, where she teleported magically to Apokolips, and was miniaturized until she was exposed to a Mother Box by Himon.
One out for the whole "why not teleport to Earth as giants?" idea is that the transformation is required in order to be able to *move*...gravity and the square-cube law could come into play...
"Of course. Your Earth, Superman, is nothing more than a *speck* in an *air pocket*." "Orion--look at us. We're the same size. If Earth was a speck, I would be a microbe here. And you've been on Earth. You're not a giant there." "The boom tube, Superman. It adjusts your size as you travel through it."

See, the thing that I find funny, is how you SO OFTEN "forget things". And always when it suits your argument(hmmm, I wonder why). For instance, You continuously say that Darkseid has NEVER been beaten. I point out TWO instances where he has, and you just act like "Well I didn't mean THOSE times". You say that that Galactus has NEVER been depicted on panel, so I bring up an instance where he has, and what do you know, you know all about that too. Is it any wonder why your not given any credibility around here.
