Link vs Cloud and Sephiroth (The Advent children versions)

Cloud would have an equal chance of killing Link if he had all his materia from Final Fantasy VII. He would've used them in Advent Children if Vincent didn't insist to leave Cloud to fight Kadaj on his own. Damn you, Vincent.

This is pretty much because they are on a strict schedule in the game. If they were to go their normal speed after your slowed down time, all the events would be out of place. Also none of the enemies get slowed down.

The game would be very easy if the enemies moved that slow. And the people who follows their schedual still walks twice as slow to get to their destenation. But whatever, Link still wouldn't get time to play this song in a fight, unless Cloud was doing something else....

Give Cloud all his materia from the game... He'll run out of MP eventually while Link can be invincible and have infinite magic for a couple weeks.

all cloud has to do is run away for a couple of weeks, (or just use "steal"😉

I'm sure running away from a battle means he would forfeit the match. If he can't beat him, and runs away, IMO Cloud loses then. Also steal probably won't work against Link if he is wearing the Magic Cape.

Steal is just gameplay anyway. It's a thief ability, not some magical ability that allows someone to pet the enemy on the stomach to steal a random item....

i have thought this through, steal is an ability that youget from matieria, from FF VIIyou can steal potions and what not from an enemy, you do not have to locate the item

I'm not getting into this with the crazed link mafia, but I do have a question.

How would Link deflect spells like Frog, mini, poison, paralyze, slow, stop, drain, and demi. I know magic probably isn't allowed in this thread because they never show that they even have materia in AC, but still would like to know your answer.
