I'm not a "Kiddoe", and that is exactly how the shield works.That is exactly how Marvel Writers have explained Captain America surviving blows from the "Super-Powerhouses".
Thing wins far more than not.
Cap will hang in there for a while due to his superior skill and speed. Not to mention the shield's ability to absorb the force of Thing's punches. Cap's only chance is to try and make Thing wear himself out to the point he collapses or luck into something like Spidey did against Juggernaut.
I don't know if it's been pointed out or not but Cap's shield actually does not contain adamantium, btw. Adamantium was created while trying to duplicate the shield.

Cap has better Stamina then thing. No way does he tire first. He gets KOed if anything but he isn't going tire before thing.

i strongly disagree. superstrength and super-endurance are ben's schtick. if he could last 10rds v CHAMPION and not cave, getting absolutely SHELLED with blows well above cl100, there is no way he tires before cap. we'll leave that point because, while i generally try to stay as open-minded as possible in these things, there is absolutely no way you could convince me otherwise. 😬
