well to be fair - it's hard to compare tech from different universes. i.e. New Genesian and batman 1million tech have better feats than even Celestial tech - and that's just horribly written bullshit. No way that should even be remotely possible. In fact, it's just proof of the lunacy of the writing. Marvel keeps most of it's tech at least within reason.

Debating potential a blood lusted Kang would be several hundred times more dangerous that the Kang we know.

But against Bats 1M, I'm afraid he would lose.
I haven't seen EVERY showing of Kang the Conqueror, but if he has tech that could at least match New Genesis tech, then I would consider it a match.

Kang's best tech is all related to time-travel in my opinion. He has excellent combat gadgets when it comes to hang and surpass herald levelers and being a team wrecker, but I wouldn't stack that against New Genesian tech. Erasing time-lines, stopping time, interacting with people from a different time synchrony and stuff like that.
Kang is good, he has built impressive stuff, but to face god's technology...
The sad thing is that its nothing special or exclusive of B1M. awesr

Like stated above, he has access to NEW GOD tech. Probably the BEST tech in comics period. They've had time tech before Reed Richards or Kang were even conceived.
BTW, when everybody on earth has a Mother Box, you know the 853 Century is preped.
