That is not a good basis for a belief.

Sounds like your following your religion out of fear when you say that, which is a poor reason to believe imo.

My question is, if the rapture is imminent (and therefore the Day of Wrath) what is the Mark of the Beast? Could it be our S.I.N.s? 😛

The Rapture isn't the day of wrath. The Tribulations is the wrath part. The Rapture is god saving his people from the wrath of gods tribulations.

Yes, the Rapture is imminent, but it is not the Day of Wrath.

The mark of the beast is a sign of allegiance to the beast. The sign or mark is made on the forehead or hand. Whatever you do, do not accept the mark of the beast (if you are still here after the church is Raptured). If you take the beast's mark (which will be the only way for you to buy or sell during the one-world economy governed by the beast) your fate will be eternally sealed. There will be no way for you to ever repent and receive Christ for salvation from your sins. You are lost for eternity.

What if you have a garden and collect seeds or eat wild eatable plants? You don't need the mark then.

I know. I meant that the so-called "Day of Wrath" would ensue afterwards.

I was under the assumption that the Beast's mark would have preceeded the rapture, not followed it, and that the refusal of it would signify whether or not one would be raptured.

I guess I'll be burning in hell, then....

If you lock yourself in the basement you will never be shot, I would rather live my life and learn then devote my life to something that may or may not be true and if I'm wrong then I'm wrong either way.

I bet you that it is not imminent. When you are an old man, and on your death bed, I will win the bet.

It's 777! All is lost!

We don't have a prayer people!!!!

Why do you want to burn in Hell?

😕

Hell is more fun.

So, we can guess that the christian definition of "imminent" is every day for the last 2000 years.

And every day in the future until humanity extinguishes itself or when the sun finally pulls a "red giant" on our asses.

I bet that the Rapture will never happen.

Mithra already Raptured his people, and Hale Bob already left. I saw them. I waved for 2 days.

Well then you have already lost the bet because it is sure to happen in the appointed time (but no one will be able to collect the bet).

I don't care about collecting the bet. You see all this talk about Rapture and god are just a waist of time. If you really want to bring heaven to Earth, then you have to love everyone regardless of how they believe. If everyone loved, there would be no room for hate.
