Because of context and because that is what space is called (i.e. heavenly places).

The devil (6), the beast i.e. the antichrist (6), and the false prophet (6)--666 this is a false, satanic trinity--will be cast alive into the Lake of Fire burning with brimstone. They will be tormented day and night forever.

I know what Revelations says. And that still doesn't answer my question of "When".

Because God has not given me (or anyone else) an exact date, and because every event that had to precede the Rapture has already. Jesus may very well return in our lifetime.

(Third) Heaven (where God resides) is not in the sky/clouds; it is not located on earth. Heaven is perhaps situated on top of the universe (in the sides of the North).
