2007 Rapture?

If I make my bed in hell, behold, You are there.

If you have to "ascend" into Heaven then that means that it is "northward" or "up" relative to your current position. [/B]

So Heaven spins, rotates and moves around to be directly above with whomever died and is "ascending"...

Or, could it be that when the Bible was written, people didn't know that the Earth wasn't flat and saying "you go up into heaven" made the most sense considering their limited understanding?

Up relative to the earth means 90 degrees. Talk to doctors and nurses who have encountered people who have died on the operating table. Many of them can tell you that the person who died and then came back to life described events that took place in the room that only a person with a third person view could know.

Could it be that as they were dying, they hallucinated?

Please answer my question.

People don't go to Heaven in the South Pole, duh.

Ascend means to rise, go, or move in an "upward" fashion. The rotation of the earth is irrelevant.

Dead people do not hallucinate (I said that the people were dead, meaning that they had the out-of-body experience after they died, not while dying).

People who die do not come back. NDE are people who came near to death, but they did not die.

Are you a medical doctor Shakyamunison? Doctors were there to certify that those who have experienced NDEs were dead (clinically). But these same people came back to life. There are a number of instances of people being actually in the morgue before coming back to life to report either Hell or Heaven (look it up).

But they do not die. There is always some brain activity.

So then you are a medical doctor?

If they were factually dead, why is it called "Near Death Experiences"? "Near" being the key word.

Are you a medical doctor JIA?

It is called near death because they did not remain dead (they were resucitated or they were brought back to life by some other means).

You fail. No one who has died (brain dead) has ever revived.

You know that being clinically dead just means that circulation has ceased and they've stopped breathing, yes?

You failed to answer the other part of my post about those who came back to life in the morgue (some who were dead for 2-3 days).

Do your due diligence before making a comment like that one (you have a habit of saying things that you cannot substantiate).

Go away, you are beginning to bore me.

Then in would be a "death experience", as near-death isn't death. Key word "near"... you do understand the meaning of "near", I am sure.

Near death simply means that the person did not stay dead. It does not imply that the person never experienced death for any protracted period.
