If I have choice to select water, soda or beer, God knows which one I'll get right? There's no way to fool him, right? Technically I did choose, but he ultimately knows all, so why stick the ****ing tree in the garden?

Eve did have a choice (eat or don't eat). God gave her and Adam plenty of other trees to eat from. She could have eaten from any other tree but she listened to the devil.
Again, you side-step the point... God knew Eve would eat the fruit long before he created Eve, the tree or the garden. How is that free will, when Eve was "born" to eat it?
The only way Eve had free will, is if God truly didn't know. But that can't be, right? God knows everything future, present and past.

You fail to understand that Adam and Eve are not "all-knowing." They needed something to exercise their free will against. The moment God said in essence don't eat from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil, Adam and Eve's ability to choose to obey or choose to disobey that command went into force (legally).

"Born to eat." Eve was not born to eat from that Tree--she chose to go against God's express will, and went out of her way to eat from that Tree.

Yes she was... God created her knowing that she would with 100% certainty disobey "his" command and eat of the fruit, yes or no?.
"Yes" = Means she was born to eat/disobey.
"No" = God has limits.

Wrong on both counts. First, Eve was not born. Second, Eve was not created to eat or disobey, she was created to do God's will.
