My assumption is, that you have absolutely NO idea what the term "absolute zero" is.

Absolute zero is a theoretical temperature in which ALL kinetic energy stops moving. There's literally no movement, and nothing CAN'T be frozen. It's the finite number in which nothing can not be frozen..... even energy.

It doesn't matter if Storm existed as a being of pure energy... she'd still be frozen just like everything else.
