I didn't see he gave it in plural. Celestials are still far above Watchers.
And due to what Galactus is capable at his full power (he was going to absorb everything), Galactus alone could still defeat entire race.

Galactus, at normal or just fed levels would lose,
but many Watchers would die.
Now if Galactus can become insatiable at will, Galactus wins.
Cause that's the question, can G do that?
People always ask to see Galactus destroying a Universe or more
to demonstrate his power, but that's not Galactus' purpose or in his interests.
Galactus is as much a part of the Prime Multiverse now as all others spawned here,
Galactus interferes when the Universe 616 and beyond is in peril,
why would Galactus go around killing Universes when he refers to Eternity as his Father?
Galactus feeds on Planets, (once a month) to sustain his ever present hunger for energy,
a Planet satiates him just enough to get by, but I personally believe,
he can continue to feed if he wanted to, he just doesn't need too, or want too.
But what we DO know from evidence is this,
Galactus can withstand absorbing Time/Space indefinitely,
which means Galactus is built/created to be able to absorb Time/Space forever.
All Taimut did was manipulate Galactus,
so he couldn't stop himself from doing what he always has done,
feed on energy.
But it was Galactus' own ability to absorb energy indefinitely that allowed him to
begin erasing that Future 616 Timeline/Reality,
and eventually according to Reed & GOTG, erase all of existence in history.

because Galactus erased himself and that Timeline with the UN,
but he was surely on his way there on panel, so technically, it's not really a theory.
But I'll go as far as to say that was a glimpse at Galactus' potential,
so that we know and understand why Galactus is equal
and sometimes above in status to the Universe itself.
(like when he displayed the authority to erase the Phoenix Force from existence,
he alone had to choose whether to allow it to exist or not,

It's insane to see them doing this and to know that they are below the Greater Powers in the Marvel Universe (Celestials, Watchers, Galactus, Eternity etc)

Anyhow, the Watchers are probably below the Cube beings though.
(though I've seen Uatu perform a feat I always thought was beyond him, so who knows)
