I can't say for sure until the next arc involving the Jaspers/Fury mix is published.

But right now, Jamie is extremely powerful.

He has created Altenate UniverseS, manipulated events across the Multiverse,

warped the White Hot Room like nothing,

had something to do with the Jaspers/Fury merger or resurrection coincidentally.

The Chaos Wave takes credit for one of the two.

Stranger and Eon are lower tier Abstracts.

Eon has absolute Cosmic Consciousness, but it didn't help him against Maelstrom.

Then again,

Maelstrom powerful in his own right, was the Anomaly at that point,

was amped up by Oblivion is some way

and was in possession of the Quantum Bands.

Unfortunately we don't have many feats with Excalibur and the Amulet as one.

But according to Roma and others,

together, the Sword and Amulet can Remake the Omniverse.
