Seriously is that all people want these days in movies non-stop action & screw the story😬
"Not-Stop action & screw the story" is not exactly what I was getting at. In fact I hate films like that -Ahem TRANSFORMERS Ahem-
But I still do expect some cool action sequences in all of my comic book movies. Maybe that's just me.

Because Iron Man and The Avengers are arguably in the top 5 comic book movies of all time. And Thor and Captain America 2 will also go down as amongst the best.
Plus Marvel has been the most consistent in giving us quality. There's only been a couple of bad ones, and that's IMO. For a lot of people there hasn't been any bad ones.
Marvel is simply miles ahead of any other studio right now in terms of comic book movies, because they've proven themselves and so audiences trust them.
That's just fact. So get over it.

Why did you suddenly start specifying comic book movies?
Very few of them have been any good.
My response was to the accusation of me only watching these movies for action, it had nothing to do with other comic-book movies and so on.
And before you ask, yes, I read comic books for the stories.

Nice dodge by the way.

Lol....and you didn't?....good one
I reiterated that I thought the movies had lacking stories, and also replied to your misunderstanding. What did I dodge?
You, on the other hand, replied without naming your compelling stories.

For me it would have to be Cap 1 & 2, Avengers, Iron Man 1 & Thor for the recent Marvel movies.
What's good about these movies? The acting is good in some and worse in others, the special effects are good and to some they are funny.
How are the stories in these movies anyhting other than pale reflections of their comic-book counterparts?
For a quality story, in any setting, I generally expect some of the following;
- Character development and or interesting characters
- Theme
- Emotional highs and/or lows
- Credible conflict/threat
- Sensible plot
I found very little of this in any of those movies, and without these barebones essentials I don't see how you call these quality movies.
