His kick on frieza is all that I need or the force of his punches is all that I need. They are two different type of hero's. Superman lift things, Goku fights so it is going to be hard showing you a lifting feat from him but his punching power is far greater and his durability is far greater. Frieza punches creating shockwave around the area that they were fighting in and also creating nuke like explosions is another showing of strength.
I dont think black hair Goku would one shot Supes but the difference in speed, durability, power, and fighting skills, Goku would still STOMP him. Anything above black hair Goku is one shotting Supes.

And there has also been so much on panel showing of Superman being speed blitzed or admitting that people are faster than him and these people are much slower than Goku. I have posted scans throughout this site. Unable to catch Deathstroke; admitting that a character is faster than him but Lady shiva end up matching this character speed; getting BLITZED by a preupgrade cheetah, getting blitzed by Grundy, etc... Sure, Superman does have speed and he can be fast when he want to but has he proven to be Goku fast, hell no. Goku would run circles around Superman and you cant use a one time low showing for Goku to try to even things out for Supes; Supes has been getting tagged and has been fighting like a brick his entire career, if anything, him blitzing is a high showing.

What about when Superman speedblitzed Subjekt 17 or his fight against Triumph or during last son where he speed blitzed other Kryptonians or when Superman stood there and took Earth-mans full power? As for a strength feat that surpasses Superman's 200 quintillion ton demonstration SS Goku tapped into the potential infinite strength of the SS transformation and supported, elevated then blasted a ki blast with enough momentum to penetrate the outer layers of the earth into the sun at the end of Cooler's Revenge.
As for power SS Goku and Vegeta overcharged the Gete Star, a meta-planet that could convert planets into energy near the end of Cooler Returns.
