Well when I came to the realization that Revan was intended to be perfect, his character got boring. So much so that I became more interested in Carth.
No.. Just no. Carth was a ****ing pu**y. He complained about everything. Ugh. I hate him.
You could've just become more interested in Bastila or HK.

This is the Revan holocron scene. As far as I can tell, there is no more applicable portion of the book to this argument. It looks to me like Revan fully converted Bane (to his philosophy) and then tested him; Bane had to crush the holocron- it was how he showed (even if only symbolically) that he wasn't part of the Brotherhood.
This is a great thought, definitly beliveable, but I think that Revan was in some way pressed for time. That combined with the fact that he did not have the other holocrons to tell him how to make one properly would cause the crystal to fail. Still I admit, this could have been Revans intention.

This is intending to show that Revan's knowledge is many, many times greator than Bane's. Do to Revan's Jedi training I do beleive that this is true.
Revan left the order when he was a young jedi knight then he had a under a years training during the events of kotor that isn't too much. Bane had access to Revan's holocron,Freedon Nadd's holocron (who himself learned under Naga Sadow and was said to have rediscovered Adas's holocron) and Belia Darzu's holocron. Knowledge will not be the deciding factor.

Another exelent thought, but what good would the moon do if it would also kill Bane.Another exelent thought, but what good would the moon do if it would also kill Bane. And to the others who stated something along the lines " If Revan gets his party than bane gets..." That is amendable, Revan would have the Republic right on his tail if Bane gets the Brotherhood, and his party who he trained with extensivly would not slow him down much (if at all). Please reply with any other thought on what Bane gets, that goes for everyone.
