Look here's the deal, if this were cosmic Spidey from the comics, Supes would probably take the majority(due to Spidey's limited knowledge of the Uni Force's capabilities). However this particular discussion involves CS with FULL knowledge of the Uni Force's capabilities. That means that any feat attributed to the Uni Power by any user of such, is valid for CS to use. So his relative lack of feats(because of his low appearance count) is negated.
If you are going to include the feats of other people using the uni-power then you have to consider Superman's high end showings against the likes of Imperiex, Dominus, the whole Justice League etc.. If you are giving Cosmic Spidey greater use of the powers then he ever demonstrated then its only fair to mention how Superman going all out has beaten powers that dwarf cosmic spidey.

Like I said before he took on a planet devistating warship laced entirely throughout with kryptonite, and just flew through it, grabbed the bad guy, and kicked his ass.
He fought Superman Prime after flying through a red sun and standing in piles of kryptonite that affected only himself and not SBP, and still won.
On another one, he got hit with a nuke while standing in kryptonite.
It only slows him down slightly at best.

They are weaknesses, but he overcomes them so regularly because a good portion of his rogues gallery uses them against him often.

Surfer can take on most beings in the universe, but a physical attack or two and he's out for the count.

Blackrock, being powered by MILLIONS of sources feels the need to piss off Superman.... and ends up quite sorry for it. The Blackrock is very similar to the Unipower even in the way it choses it's hosts.
