Kitty can phase through adamantium although she does get hurt. However, that wouldn't exactly be a problem for Superman considering his durability is only about x10000000000000000000000 stronger than hers.

Superman's "intangibility" is not like Shadowcat's. And sure he'd feel it for that split second, but when he becomes tangible again, he's right back to being his invulnerable self.
