I'm the relationship question answerer person 😱

I tend to say look at the reasons you broke up.
For example if it was because she was too young, too immature, or too busy with her schedule for you, those things could easily have changed and then a possible reconciliation is not a bad idea.
However, I tend to think problems like cheating and jealousy won't go away with time. If she cheated on you, she may do it again, it depends if you're willing to risk it. If she's a jealous person and it causes problems in your relationship, that's in her nature and very little can be done over time with that.
I think you have to examine why the relationship broke off and whether those problems could have been fixed with being apart for a year. If not, then another relationship with her might just set you up for disappointment again.
